“Working out is challenging in it of itself. Now that we are unable to go to a facility when some of us need it most can be a major let down. I encourage you to use this time to continue your physical health at home, even if it is hard. If you are not feeling motivated, or don’t have that much space, try. You do not have to do all the exercises full out, just do what you can. Our physical health is what keeps our mental health going. Try and move in some way today!” -Maureen
