Our Athlete of the Month is Joe Lunny!

Joe came in with a clear goal: build muscle and improve overall athleticism and he’s done exactly that.

In just one year, his progress has been impressive:
Bodyweight has gone up from 106 lbs to 123 lbs
His 5-10-5 agility test time has decreased from 5.06 to 4.85
Grip Strength has increased from 72 lbs to 110 lbs
Joe is a prime example that consistency pays off.

He’s added over 20 pounds, made major strides in agility, and continues to elevate his performance on the court by applying what he’s built here at Chadwick’s.

But what stands out most is his attitude.

Major says:
“Joe shows up every day ready to work, brings positive energy, and makes everyone around him better. He’s the kind of athlete you can always count on not just for effort, but for the energy he brings to the room.”

Keep working hard, Joe. This is just the beginning.

Our Client of the Month is Wes Patterson!!

Wes is driven by a simple but powerful goal: staying healthy for all of life’s adventures. Whether it’s ski trips, golf, or hunting, he knows longevity and performance go hand in hand and he trains with purpose to support both.

His goals include improving body composition, aerobic capacity, and total body strength—and the results speak for themselves:
Lactate threshold heart rate has increased 5 BPM
Aerobic capacity has improved significantly
Strength numbers have increased ~10% across the board
Wes has been training with Zack for about 4 years, and his consistency continues to pay off.

Zack says:
“Wes is a go-getter through and through. You can see his ‘why’ come out when he’s faced with a challenge. He’s hyper competitive, which allows us to tap into some pretty unique effort during sessions. What stands out even more is the work he puts in outside of sessions, dialing in the ‘boring stuff’ like treadmill tempo and aerobic threshold runs. And now it’s paying dividends. I get weekly Garmin updates showing improvements. He also goes out of his way to connect with others. You can tell he truly values the community here at Chadwicks. Wes is the man, and I’m proud of the work he’s put in, especially over the last 6 months.”

Wes, you’re the man. Keep showing up and putting in the work.

Give it up for our Athlete of the Month: Addie!

Through her dedicated performance training, Addie has greatly improved her overall sprint speed, lateral agility, and grip strength:

* 40 yard dash: improved 0.33 seconds
* Lateral agility test (5-10-5): improved 1.35 seconds
* Grip strength: improved 31%

Addie has shown continuous effort throughout her sessions and is never satisfied with being just “okay”. She genuinely wants to be the best athlete that she can be, and carries that want with her into every competition.

From the jump, Addie’s training goals were to elevate her strength, endurance, and muscle mass in order to engage in contact sports more effectively. On top of that, she wanted someone to hold her accountable and help her hone an athletic mindset - something Addie’s parents have now seen exhibited through her increased confidence while competing.

Her coach, Kyrin, says, “I absolutely love training Addie. She’s been one of my favorite people to work with in my career and our sessions are always filled with tons of laughter. She’s one of the hardest working middle schoolers I’ve ever worked with. The effort she puts in every day is always very high. She genuinely wants to be better as a person and an athlete, and that’s all a trainer can ask for from a client. I’m very hard on her, and she has told me that she appreciates every critique I give her, because it’s allowing her to truly test herself and improve in things she never knew she could improve in. I couldn’t be more proud of Addie, and I truly can’t wait to see her excel next year in her first year of High School at Franklin High!”

Stay excellent, Addie!

Check out our client of the month: Kristi!

On day one, Kristi brought with her a desire to develop a consistent training routine in order to address the various physical aches and pains she experienced throughout her daily life. As her training progressed and original desires became satisfied, Kristi set her sights on newfound desires such as strength and stamina enhancement.

Kristi is highly motivated to overcome challenges and to do things she previously wasn’t able to. She wants to navigate life freely and to engage in any activity she chooses without pain.

Kristi’s coach, Mariah, says, “Kristi has such a great attitude towards training and always shows up ready to get better. Sessions with her are so fun, and I appreciate how eager she is to challenge herself. It is such a joy to watch her confidence increase as she progresses and masters things she didn’t think she could. She is an extremely hard worker, and I am so proud to be her trainer!”

We are proud of your hard work too, Kristi!

To finish off 2025, we’d like to recognize our Client of the Month: Tiffany!

Tiffany stepped into personal training at Chadwicks with goals to not only gain strength and lose weight but to do so the right way.

She had successfully shed pounds in the past, but as a consequence of crash dieting and high intensity workouts, Tiffany sustained an injury that forced her to halt her training entirely in order to recuperate, undoing the progress she had made.

After starting her new fitness journey at Chadwicks, Tiffany has managed to drop nearly 20 pounds with a body fat percentage decrease of 2.5%. Her resting heart rate also dropped, decreasing from 72bpm to 67bpm.

JJ, Tiffany’s trainer, had this to say about her:

“Tiffany is disciplined, coachable, and consistent. She shows up ready to work, ready to be challenged, and she never backs down from the hard stuff. One of my favorite parts of training her are the little moments… the quick fist bumps after pushing through hard conditioning sets and the fact that sarcasm is basically her second language. It keeps the sessions real, fun, and honest.”

Keep it real, Tiffany. We can’t wait to see your progress compound in the new year!

We are so glad to recognize Laura Morrow as our Client of the Month!

Laura came to Chadwicks with 3 goals: lose weight, avoid injury, and improve her mobility. As a consequence of Laura’s intentional dietary choices, regular cardiovascular activity, and a focus on increasing her muscle mass, she was able to achieve all of them!

But don’t just take our word for it, check out a few of Laura’s recent accomplishments as evidence!

Reduction in body fat by 8.8%
Performing a 145 lb lat pull down
Achieving a 50 lb kettle bell goblet squat while managing knee pain
Participation in a Thanksgiving 5k race

Laura’s trainer, Jen, had this to share about her:
“Laura will always do what needs to be done, even when she’s exhausted. She has a deep appreciation for being healthy and strong after her battle with cancer.”

Fight on, Laura! The battle has been won, and the war to become an even healthier you will be too!
