Even with a few showers this weekend, Millview was full of laughter, sunshine, and families making memories.

Years from now, someone will remember, “That time we swam in the rain at Millview.”

Today, we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

As families gather for cookouts, time together, pool days, and the unofficial start of summer, we’re reminded that the freedoms and everyday moments we enjoy are possible because of their sacrifice.

From all of us at Millview Swim Club, thank you to all who have served, and especially to those who gave everything.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Families were back at the pool, kids were swimming again, and Summer 2026 is officially underway.

Opening Weekend Begins Saturday, May 23, 2026

Summer’s getting close. We can feel it.

Good progress was made Saturday… but the pool still stubbornly refuses to open itself. ☀️

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped pressure wash, paint, clean, and prep Millview for summer. We still have a few projects left before opening day, and even 30 minutes of help makes a difference.

Behind every great pool day was a mom carrying towels, packing snacks, applying sunscreen, finding goggles, reminding everyone to hydrate, and somehow still hearing “Mom, watch this!” every 90 seconds.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in the Millview community. Thank you for helping create the memories that last long after summer ends. ☀️💙

We’re mixing two of our favorite things: hot summer nights and cool Christmas vibes. Whether you’re doing snow angels in the shallow end or just soaking in the holiday spirit, there’s something magical in the air.

Here’s what’s under the tree (and pool umbrellas!) tonight:
