Cancun 2022 was a success. Good times with great friends.

Final results from my 60 day challenge. Overall stayed above 200, body fat 6% and honestly I enjoyed the entire process. No sugar, no alcohol m, incorporated yoga 2-3x a week, weights 5-60day and cardio was about 30min 5-7x a week. All depended on what I had going on. Very easy process to follow and program in my opinion was a huge success. Stay Healthy. .

It’s been a great honor of mine to work with Debbie .ifbbpro over the last few years. It all started several years back when we partnered up to prep her for a comeback in the NPC Figure division. Our 1st show together we brought home 4th place which was not only slightly disappointing due to the fact that women with less appealing physical appearance won just by having more mass, but also was an insight as to where the figure division was heading. With Debbie being a all natural athlete, we made the call to focus all our energy to compete in the NPC Bikini division next show. A few shows later and within a year, we won her pro card and IFBB status. IFBB Bikini Open class was tough, and as soon as the masters division opened up we jump on that opportunity. 2021 being a highlight year, winning multiple classes and shows, solidifying her presence as a IFBB Bikini Master. Pictures shown above are from our last competition together, which took place 10/7/22 in Reno where we placed 2nd. Under the circumstances we are not 100% pleased with that placement but overall not dissatisfied. Things like this happen in the fitness community that are out of our control. Regardless I am extremely proud of her accomplishments, dedication and the inspiration she has been to thousands. Stay Healthy….. .
