Proud. Just proud. Izzy, words will never fully explain just how proud we all are of you! In a single day you demonstrated strength, grit, determination and perseverance. Your first individual competition may not have gone how you wanted, but you gave 100%. You left it all on the floor (well, dirt). You are someone deserving of all the good things you work hard for. Never for a moment think that you don't. Rest. Recover. Run it back. Letzzzzz Gooooo!!

Yesterday, USMA Class of 2025 stood and took the Oath of Allegiance administered by the Commandant of the United States Military Academy. The ceremony was the culminating event of three R Days.
R-Day or Reception Day is the day the Cadet Candidates enter West Point to begin their in processing for their 47-month experience.
Crews O’Donnell, Class Of 2021 Franklin High School graduate and CrossFit Zoetic family member stands front and center ready to serve, lead and defend.
