Colton ended up with a DNF due to a crank case issue. He got 3 laps in before he had to pull off.

5/30 race rundown. Yes, very late 🤣
Qualified 4th in our group
Heat race P1 ➡️ P1
A-main p2 ⬇️ P18
Well we finally have our qualifying near where we want to be. We also were able to pick up our 1st heat race win this year.
In the A-main we were running a solid 4th place with 12 laps to go. With 2 quick cautions and on the 2nd restart (P6) everyone got on the loud pedal and then on brakes. With being 3rd row we weren’t able to check up fast enough and then was hit from behind(totally a racing incident all the way around) and was spun. I had asked if we had guaranteed work area time and was told NO guarantee time. Did a lap and pulled into the infield with flat RF tire. Finished 18th.
We took Sunday off of racing and as a family, we have decided that we will start picking and choosing which weekends we will race.
With the boys graduating, we realized how quickly time is passing. This will also allow us to get all 3 kids their 1st full season with Four-Wheeler Dirt bike Cross Country Racing, FDXCR. Our kids have always missed 1 to 3 races per a season due to the sprint car races. With the boys moving on to their careers this fall, it will be nice to see what they can do with a full season.
This move will also allow us to take a few Saturdays off and allow for more family time this season.
With 4 different kinds of racing we are a very busy family. We love being at the track, it doesn’t matter what series, but with with being off for the last few Saturdays we have realized how much we miss slowing down a bit.
We will not be racing this Saturday at Plymouth. This will allow us to race the 2nd round of FDXC.
Thank you to all of our fans and sponsors for understanding.
