IT’S WINSDAY.
Around here, Wednesdays are for recognizing the wins.
And they don’t have to be huge.
Maybe you hit a PR.
Maybe you trained three times this week.
Maybe your clothes are fitting differently.
Maybe you made the team.
Maybe you finally did something you’ve been afraid to try.
Or maybe life has been kicking your butt lately and your win is simply that you kept showing up.
Big wins. Small wins. Gym wins. Life wins. We want to hear them.
So before you keep scrolling…
👇 Tell us ONE win from your week in the comments.
And if you see someone else’s win down there, give them some love too.
It’s WINSDay. Let’s celebrate each other.

There’s something really special about watching someone grow up right in front of you.
McKenna Drawbaugh is one of the OGs!
All the way back in 2017 she was training with us at Extra Innings… putting in the work as a young softball player with a lot of growing still ahead of her.
And now… somehow… we’re here.
She’s graduated. She’s grown into an incredible young woman. She’s even come full circle and poured back into the next generation by giving softball lessons here at Crucible.
Now she’s heading off to Messiah to begin a whole new chapter and continue playing the game she loves.
These are the moments that remind us just how blessed we are to do what we do.
We get to train athletes… yes.
But if we’re lucky we also get to walk alongside them for a small piece of their story. We get to watch them grow, change, overcome challenges, and become who they’re meant to be.
McKenna… it has been an absolute blessing to have a front row seat for so much of your journey.
We’re incredibly proud of you and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for this next chapter.

There comes a point where you realize you don’t need another gym…
You don’t need another place to walk into and wonder what you should do. Another program you downloaded. Another restart on Monday. Another attempt to figure it all out by yourself.
You need someone in your corner.
Someone who knows when to push and when to pull back. Someone who can help you get stronger without making you feel like you have to already be “in shape” to belong. Someone who sees where you are now and helps you build toward where you want to go.
Especially if it’s been a while…
Especially if you’ve spent the last few years taking care of everyone else.
You’re not too late.
You don’t need another gym.
You need a coach.
If you said… yeah that’s me, Come & See what being coached at Crucible is like and experience the difference.

Nine years… Half his life.
That’s how long Landry has been walking through the doors at Crucible.
And now, he’s heading off to college.
There are certain moments that make you realize just how fast the chapters turn.
We’ve watched Landry grow from a kid into a young man. We’ve watched him get stronger, faster and more confident. We’ve watched goals change, seasons come and go, and challenges shape him along the way.
But the best part was never watching the athlete develop.
It was watching the person.
That’s what makes this chapter a little bittersweet.
For nine years, we’ve had the privilege of being a small part of Landry’s story. To coach him. Challenge him. Laugh with him. Watch him grow. And hopefully help prepare him for everything that comes next.
Because eventually, they all walk out these doors and into a new chapter.
And that’s the whole point.
Landry, we’re incredibly proud of the young man you’ve become.
Go attack this next chapter!
Cherish the Challenge.
We’ll always be in your corner.

Greatness rarely gets lost because someone wasn’t talented enough.
It gets lost in the distractions.
School is coming. Schedules are about to get busier. Practices, homework, friends, games, weekends, and a hundred other things will start competing for your time and attention.
That’s when discipline matters most.
Anyone can stay committed when it’s convenient.
The athletes who separate themselves learn to stay focused when it isn’t.
Remember what you said you wanted.
Remember the goals you set.
Remember the person you’re working to become.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up and doing the work that your goals require.
Stay focused.
Stay disciplined.
Keep preparing.
Because when your moment comes, you don’t want to wish you had done more.
You want to know you’re ready.
Being seen isn’t the goal. Being ready is.

One of the most common questions we get is…
“What’s with the name? Why Crucible?”
It was never just a name.
A crucible is a place where heat, pressure, and challenge create refinement.
We believe life works a lot like that…
The hard seasons. The setbacks. The moments that stretch us beyond what we thought we could handle.
We don’t believe every challenge is something to run from. Sometimes the challenge is the very thing shaping us.
That’s why we Cherish the Challenge.
And it’s why our mission goes far beyond strength training.
We exist to be an inflection point in people’s lives, seeing them, challenging them, and walking with them as they are refined into who God created them to be.
The method may change.
The mission never does…
This is why we are Crucible Performance

Since 2019, we’ve had the privilege of watching Quinn grow from a young athlete into an incredible young man.
Big wins. Tough injuries. Comebacks. Setbacks. He kept showing up.
Quinn is what Cherish the Challenge is all about. Embrace the hard things. Put in the work. Keep moving forward.
Proud is an understatement.
Can’t wait to watch you take the next step at Lebanon Valley and go to work. Go be great, Quinn.
