Maryland Endurance Challenge

Thanks to many cyclists for your inquiries about a 2023 event.

We are not able to host the challenge this spring, as we've done in the past.

We're working on several possibilities for a future event - possibly at a different time of year. We're also evaluating different formats, to modify the ride to appeal to more "regular" cyclists, as well as to the endurance riders who have been the backbone of past Maryland Endurance Challenge events.

MEDALISTS - PEASE READ: As promised on race day, we've had the medals re-worked. If we were not able to present you with your medal in our awards ceremony, your medal is (finally) it's its way. Please PM us if there are any mistakes. Thanks so much for your patience - we're thrilled that we're finally able to deliver the award we promised you!

We will have the final results calculated by the end of the week.

We WILL ensure that every medalist receives their medal, but it might take a while. We need to ship the medals back to the manufacturer, have them re-worked, get them back, double-check them for correctness, etc. … so please bear with us as we work through that process.

Our huge thanks go to FREDERICK SUPPLY, who have sponsored us in every event we've run to date. They provide safety gear, flags, and other provisions to keep our traffic marshals safe - while our traffic marshals are keeping you safe!

The route arrows have been placed on the course, and the signs will be up by this time tomorrow. And - you can upload the GPX and the FIT file on our web site. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday! We'll accept WALK-IN registrations on Friday afternoon from 4:00pm through 7:00pm, at the Frederick Visitors Center - 151 East St, Frederick, MD 21701. Friday afternoon / evening pre-registration and packet pickup will be from 4:00pm through 7:00pm, at the Frederick Visitors Center - 151 East St, Frederick, MD 21701.
