Pickleball 101 starts June 9th. It is a 4 week class to learn to play one of the fastest growing sports in the country. Pickleball combines the elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It is a great sport for all-round fitness. It exercises all the major muscle groups, provides a cardio workout, and improves dexterity, mobility, agility, and balance. Day 3: As we all know tennis can create havoc on our bodies. It we don’t take care of our bodies off the court then we risk injury and pain. ITC Tennis is excited about sharing the 3rd Lesson: Home Fitness Training for Tennis!

If you struggle with tight calves, hamstrings, back or hips I would suggest giving it a try. There is no excuse for you not to complete the exercise. It will only take you 2 or minutes to complete the routine and it will help you play your best tennis.
