How a girl with cerebral palsy found a new way to play lacrosse Stella Stakolosa loves playing lacrosse but needed help shooting the ball from her wheelchair. Engineering high school students in Maryland stepped in to help.
It was a tight race! Thank you to our amazing athletes for their name submissions and all of our friends that casted their vote and helped us name our mascot!

Our last practice on 5/9 was amazing! Passing drills, Sharks and Minnows, and ended practice with a Gargoyles scrimmage against the Mentors and Coaches where Coach Rob had the mentors playing pool with their twigs.
Our athlete Jayson was the last Gargoyle standing for sharks and minnows!
