When you’re willing to risk your life by front tossing 5 ft away in order to break your athlete’s bad habits😂
This drill was specifically for my athlete who likes to wrap around the ball and pull it to 2nd base. We want to keep the front shoulder in, pull with the elbow, hit inner half of ball, and extent through the shortstop. A drill that put some pressure on my athlete to apply what I was teaching her🥎🥎
