Cold water warriors

Ice all around this AM! The hose had ice in it

Took me awhile to get back in thisyear, but I'm baaack!,

First cold therapy of the year.
Gave me the urge to get back in the water.
Still fighting thru the intimidating thoughts.

Hi Cold water lovers!! Its been a while, but the seasons are changing and that means the water is getting colder! Fun fact, I plunge all winter in my pool 47° for 3 minutes

I'm thinking of heading to lost lake to plunge, if anyone is interested, let me know!

Who wants to take the plunge tomorrow? I'm thinking lost lake in the morning...its cold and close.
