I'm a Personal Trainer, Class Instructor and Nutrition Coach.
I teach weekly classes:

Im obviously very happy to receive gifts from my clients! Especially when it’s food or drinks 😜 added bonus it’s Naked juice green machine (my favorite!) protein version, which I’ve never tried... 30grams of protein!!

Happy Memorial weekend everyone! Sunday is my day for meal prep, and my goal is to cook variable meals to keep myself from getting bored each week!
This week I’m cooking up some Honey Garlic Chicken featuring:
halved red potatoes
green beans
carrots
and a parsley garnish when it’s complete!
The sauce I concocted needs to be basted over every hour in the 7~8 hour slow cook process as to keep flavor nice and balanced.

Anyone who knows me, knows I cannot get enough honey 🍯🤤 (honestly its kind of an issue 🤷🏽‍♂️😂)
The key to sustainability in your diet is to learn what you like and to keep it cycled in! I encourage my clients to try new things, because it’s the unexpected that keeps things interesting!

ATHLETES WHERE YOU AT? Deadlifts to box jumps are a killer conditioning for those legs and the rest of the core. Work those fast twitch muscles and get up there!

Today’s hike in Boney Canyon to Waterfall was incredible. 8a start time fresh and early with plenty of wildflowers and life. Some people like us use early morning workouts as their “cup of coffee.” Get up and get it!

💭if you spend too much time thinking it creates issues more often then not. Also, if you are too busy thinking, you aren’t doing. See and imagine the positives you will gain and aim for these. If you get up and hustle towards that target you will move right past the negatives surrounding you holding you back.
