This is my office.
No commute. No dress code. No meetings that could've been an email. Just iron, intention, and the work that most men avoid.
Summer is around the corner. And every year, the same thing happens. Men wait until it's too late. They miss the pool days because they're embarrassed. They sit on the sidelines at the beach because they let another year go by without doing anything about it. They're too tired, too sore, or too out of shape to actually play with their kids without getting winded.
Don't be that statistic again this year.
A lot of guys want the body. They want the strength. They want the confidence that comes with walking into a room and commanding it without saying a word. But they don't want the 5am. They don't want the discipline when they're tired. They don't want to say no to the things keeping them soft.
I'm not here to sell you a shortcut. There isn't one.
What I can tell you is this. Every man who made a real change in his body, his mindset, and his leadership started with one decision. He decided he was done settling.
Summer is coming. Your family is watching. The time is now.

Sometimes it takes a triggering event to wake up...
So that we can snap out of the excuses we keep feeding ourselves to justify our lack of action.
Excuses are for people who plan to stay stuck. If you’re not one of them, then this pattern has to be interrupted by you or someone else.
➡️ You either build reasons why or create reasons why not.
The stuck stay spinning in stories. You’re here to break patterns, not protect them.
➡️ Excuses die where commitment lives.
