Yesterday was our last workout for our first
To say our boys have improved wouldn't be doing them any justice, they've grown so much more than just physically since the camp has started.
Their attitudes, mindsets, and will to work have been the most noticeable difference in every single one of them.

This 6-Week Bootcamp challenge hasn't been easy for our ladies, but what it has been is nothing short of progress. From day one, many of these girls were very intimidated/scared of the program. But they all soon realized it wasn't that it's hard, but educational as well!
