THIS IS BIGGER THAN FITNESS. 🔥

Different backgrounds. Different fitness levels. One energy.

When Fire Fitness Frisco links up with Black Girl Fit and Cash Cardio we’re bringing more than a workout. We’re bringing COMMUNITY, CONFIDENCE & CULTURE.

From the stage to the floor, every woman showed up and showed OUT!

Epic Fit Fest, you were something special. And trust me, we’re just getting started.

BUILT CURVES. BUILT CONFIDENCE. 🔥

Soft where we want it. Strong where we need it. 😮‍💨🔥

We’re not just working out — we’re building curves, confidence, strength & a body that can DO something.

Pretty girls lift heavy too. 🏋🏽‍♀️🍑

Fire Fitness… where the baddies train. 🔥

This wasn’t just a bunch of exercises thrown together. 🔥🍑
There’s a reason for EVERYTHING in this workout.
We started with the rower to raise the heart rate and get the entire body working.
Then we attacked the glutes from multiple angles:
🔥 Lateral walks = glute medius + hip stability
🔥 Monster walks = glute activation + control
🔥 Glute bridge + iso bridge = glute tension before the heavy work
🔥 Heavy hip thrusts = STRENGTH + GLUTE GROWTH
Then we brought the rest of the body into the conversation.
Face pulls strengthen the upper back and shoulders. Deficit reverse lunges challenge the glutes and legs through a greater range of motion, while adding the shoulder press turns it into a full-body movement. Then we finished with core work.
The goal isn’t just to burn calories.
BUILD CONFIDENCE. BUILD CURVES. 🔥
Train with purpose. Every exercise should have a reason for being there.

Pretty is cool… but STRONG looks better.🔥🍑

We don’t come in here just to sweat.
We come to build the glutes, shape the legs, tighten the waist, and leave stronger than we walked in.

And yes… we’re still gonna look GOOD doing it. 😏

GLUTE CAMP 🍑🔥
Every Saturday • 10:30 AM
Ladies, come put that work IN.

Your glutes aren’t gonna grow from watching everybody else’s Reels. 😂
GO HARD. Then go home.

I might be the Fudge of ... 😂

Oldest student on campus, but I’m still showing up getting coached, getting humbled, and chasing 1% better.
I don’t ask my clients to do anything I’m not willing to do myself.
When I lace my shoes up, I leave the excuses right there on the floor. I give everything I’ve got because movement is a blessing—not a chore.
That’s the culture we’re building at Fire Fitness.
Show up.
Work hard.
Stay coachable.
Be grateful your body can move.
The day you start treating movement like a privilege instead of a punishment... everything changes. 🔥

The body is just the receipt…
The confidence was the purchase.
