I am loving this AMRAP today in GTX!
💪.2 mile distance
💪Dumbbell Skiers x 12
💪Dumbbell Push Press x 8
Repeat for 14 total minutes, as many rounds as possible.
I challenged my clients to choose heavier weights for the skiers and push presses as well as try to meet or beat their .2 mile distances every round.🙌

So excited to announce that the Incredible United States Performance Center is partnering with the The Juice Plus+ Company to provide Fruit, Vegetable and Berry Functional Food Powders to every Olympic and National Team athlete that trains there! The USPC Fueling Station will also serve Juice Plus+ Complete and Juice Plus+ Perform to each athlete daily for Plant Powered performance, recovery, and glycogen replacement!!! Baked Oatmeal Cups 🍌🍯🥜
Looking for something to make with your over-ripened bananas?! Not only are these oatmeal cups easy to make BUT I love them for busy mornings or a pre/post workout snack.
I made these using our mini-cupcake tins and my girls absolutely loved them in the morning for breakfast. 🙌
