This week we honor Juneteenth, a celebration of freedom, resilience, culture, and progress. Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865, the day the last enslaved African Americans in Texas learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed.

As we move, strengthen, and connect through Pilates and Yoga, we also take time to reflect on the sacrifices, perseverance, and achievements of those who came before us. Thank you to everyone who recognizes, supports, and honors the significance of this day. ❤️🖤💛💚

Today at the Rooted in Wellness Festival, I had the honor of guiding a beautiful yoga flow focused on movement, mindfulness, and coming home to ourselves. There is something powerful about sharing space with people who are committed to their wellness journey. Thank you to everyone who rolled out a mat and flowed with me today. 🌿
