Oh Charlotte…. The racing luck was not on our side again, but we sure had a good time! We really needed that practice session bc our set-ups weren’t even close to what was needed. The car was crazy loose in the heat and unfortunately when Dad brought him in to fix it under caution he didn’t get back out in time to finish the race. Dad wasn’t feeling his best but he put in a ton of work to try to make the car better. In between the heat & lower dad threw a ton of changes at the car but the car was still super loose, and he ended up striking out. Tanner took it like a champ and decided to “boo” our fellow racers ( and maybe some Charlotte employees/fans) while everyone else was busy. Saturday the hurricane rain hit us, and we decided to go see a movie and check out the mall. Sunday we were back to racing & helping our friends with MLS Racing ! Marcella was able to put both cars in the A mains & she drove her b***y off! Afterwards we loaded up to head home! We made a quick pit stop for fuel and caught an amazing rainbow, which if anyone knows, is super special to us! We stopped about half way home for the night because of the rain and winds driving through the mountains, and unfortunately dad shared his cold with the rest of us! We’re home & resting now, until our next adventure!!!

Apparently, our little ghosts weren’t done racing after Midwest Thunder… they hitched a ride to Charlotte Motor Speedway! 😂💜💚
