Join us this Saturday as we honor the officers who lost their lives in the line of duty during the 2025 calendar year. This is a free community event where you can take on the workout solo, with a partner or as a team.
The workout:
115 burpee box jumps or burpee pull ups for every officer killed in the line of duty in 2025.
If you have a weighted vest—wear it.
If you have a box—bring it.
Come move with purpose. Honor their sacrifice. Never forget.

Our April Committed Club showed up, put in the work, and kept the promises they made to themselves. Early mornings, long days, tough workouts—it didn’t matter. They kept coming.

Join us as we come together to honor the law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty during the 2025 calendar year.
This annual tribute workout is completed in memory of those who served with courage, commitment, and selflessness.
For every officer lost in the line of duty in 2025, we will complete:
▪️ 1 Burpee Box Jump or
▪️ 1 Burpee Pull-Up
This workout may be completed individually or as a team, and all fitness levels are welcome.
There is no cost to participate, with an optional Officer Down Tribute patch available for purchase.
