This group is dedicated to training in all things AcroYoga: the loving-kindness of Thai Massage, the introspection and connection of Yoga and the dynamic power of Acrobatics; so we can play more wholly in Gainesville!

ACROYOGA Summer SCHEDULE:

-Sunday Jam: ~5:30pm to sundown at Depot Park on the lawn in front of Boxcar. *Free

-Tuesday open space: 8:45-10pm at Flowspace. Intro level. No experience needed. *Free

-Thursday Jam: 5-8pm at Heartwood Farmers Market (across the street from Depot Park) *Free

Anyone looking to learn some acro, wake up their bodies, or just kick it with some social distancing should come by Depot tomorrow around 4! It’s ridiculously hot throughout the day so as the heat turns down, we turn up!🔥

Notes:
- once again, you do not have to do yoga or anything. If you want to watch or continue practicing social distancing, please feel free to do so. I highly recommend using sanitizer before/after you touch anyone and if you sneeze/cough
- bring PLENTY of water, and sanitizer(this includes liquid, spray, or wipes). The water fountain was closed last week when I visited
- respect anyone who wishes to practice social distancing or asks you to sanitize prior to an activity. People are eager to socialize and get back to their usual schedules but there’s obviously more caution during this time
- bring a mat if you have one and whatever other movement objects you have! Handstand canes, dharma wheels, hulas, pixie whips, etc.
