Helping People Get Healthy One Rep at a Time ππͺπΌ
Fitness not only changed my physical appearance...
It rewired my thought process and the way I perceived situations and challenges.
After consistently dedicating myself to training (specifically Advanced Calisthenics Skills), I became able to perform exercises that seemed COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE.
I'm talking, I couldn't hold my body in place for .00002 seconds on a good day after taking the best pre-workout on the market, with a cute girl watching, and a million dollars on the line...
It was extremely discouraging π
After months of hard work, perseverance, and dedication, I became able to perform that skill (Front Lever) for 15 seconds and eventually got to 30.
That made me realize that if you're willing to dedicate the time, resources, and effort needed, there's nothing on this planet you can't achieve.
As Henry Ford said :
"Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right." ππ―
If we want to accomplish anything in our lives, it starts with us believing in ourselves.
The resources needed to get from point A to B are out there. It's a matter of prioritizing what matters most, gaining clarity on your goals, and working backwards from your desired destination to create a road map on how you're going to get there.
