We are running from the law every Tuesday! Meet us in front of the law school.
The workouts:
M -
5:30pm Tri-Gators Coached Run at the UF Track
8:30pm Stroke Clinic at the O'Connell Center Pool (optional--email [email protected] one wk in advance to reserve a spot)
T -
6pm swim class at Florida Pool
7:15pm Stadium run w/ "run-up-hills" or modification
W -
8:30pm Hot Yoga (Big Ron's -- $15) OR rest day
R -
6pm swim class at Florida pool at Student Rec
7:15pm stadium
