Meet our Maroon Tide Cheerleaders! 📣

It’s time to meet the 2026–2027 Galax Maroon Tide JV & Varsity Cheerleaders!

Come see them cheering on the sidelines together under the Friday night lights 🏈 We are so excited to watch them grow as athletes, teammates, and leaders while representing Galax with pride.

Today, four of our JV/Varsity cheerleaders led a cheer camp for our middle school team, and they did an amazing job!

The amount of time, dedication, and effort that went into preparing for today’s performance was truly impressive. They planned cheers, chants, a dance, stunts, and team-building activities, and their hard work definitely showed.

One of the best parts of today was watching these middle school girls push through their nerves and grow in confidence. Seeing them believe in themselves has been just as exciting as watching their cheer skills improve. We can’t wait to see them bring the spirit this season! 📣🤍
