Transformation Thursday 💪

Alex has been part of the pack for quite some time now, and she’s been absolutely crushing it. She shows up, puts in the work, and continues to push herself every step of the way.

No more falling for the “lifting weights will make you bulky” myth — just real results through consistency, proper training, and dialing in her nutrition with the right amount of protein.
