I've been tracking the weekly temperatures. As soon as we get a stretch of days above 55 degrees spring training will begin. A cool start to get your hot summer look. New programing for even quicker results
Now that the New Years resolutions have been made, identify your January challenge to achieve what you resolved. With the mostly cold weather in the winter chose food and nutrition as your area to make improvements. Remember it's the accumulation small of changes over time that yield the lasting results.

Training Tip: Day light will be with us until at least 8 o'clock for the next 3 months. Take as many evenings hours as you can and move it outside. What ever you do the accumulated benefits will be both physical and spiritual.
