Injuries aren't fun but I'm focusing on what I can control. I've had many injuries and handicaps over the years but each one has in been a blessing by forcing me to adapt and compensate.

Ultimately, setbacks like this have made me a better martial artist. As a student, they've pushed me to explore the limitations of my body. As a teacher, I gain empathy and experience for those in similar situations.
