Huge shoutout to Carson Valley U11 Rage at the Wild West Shootout for finishing as finalists!
As a new team this year, it’s been incredible watching their growth throughout the season — both individually and together as a team. Their hard work and development were on full display all weekend long.

We finished the fall season with a group of Douglas girls who wanted to continue developing after the high school season wrapped up. We were fortunate to connect with an incredible group of athletes from Dayton High School who were looking for that same opportunity.
This team became something really special. Our girls are a unique and talented group, and as they now shift their focus back to their local high schools for the upcoming season, we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have coached them. They have put in so much time, effort, and heart into this game, and we truly cannot wait to watch what they accomplish this fall.
To those who asked for my time and heard me say, “Sorry, I’ve got soccer,” — these are the girls who made it worth it.
And to everyone who supported our team along the way, thank you. We appreciate you more than you know.
Thank you to Coach Michael, Coach Courtney, Coach Ash, and Coach Darrell for making me a better coach.

Time to rock and roll CFC! The Wild West Shootout starts tonight and runs through Sunday at Pete Livermore Complex in Carson City!
I'm sure we are not the only ones who have had friends or family members who call and they are on the wrong side of the complex. And you are having to go find them? Or worse, try to guide them on sideline while trying to watch your kid at the start of a game? 🤪
