I just ordered a few of these cookbooks two are for my fabulous challengers that are currently doing the 21 Day Fix. You can use this cookbook in day to day life as well just for healthy eating. You don't have to be doing the 21 Day Fix. It's only $20 and has 101 amazing healthy recipes.

These are true stories of people I get to walk through life with and help get them healthy. Notice what I said it's not about being skinny minny fitness model. It's about being healthy for YOU!

I'm the last two days I've talked directly with 4 people I'm working with. Here are some of there comments.
"I've lost 2lbs in 2 days and I feel so much better. I'm sore but it's good"

Artificial sweeteners and colors
Processed foods

Eat more FOOD:
Fruits and veggies
Organic lean proteins
Omega-3 fatty acids
