It's been awhile since I posted something(sorry!). This has been an exciting week. Master Branigan( bearded guy) and I( bald guy) tested for our next rank. I ( Master Houdyshell) recieved my 4th degree and Chief Master Branigan received his 6th degree.

After the circuit training, finish it off 1min burn. Rest about 30sec then work the other leg.

Here is something all of you could work on. It pretty much works the whole chest muscles, triceps and your core. My 1st round was 15 pushup for each station. Take about 45sec- 1min rest. 2nd round 10 push ups, 3rd round 5 push ups. Total of 120 push up in about 6min. Hope you enjoy!! 😁💪💪
