Need help mastering a specific skill this summer? ✨ Our One Hour Clinics are the perfect way to level up!

Each clinic is designed to focus exclusively on SPECIFIC SKILLS, giving athletes an entire hour of targeted instruction, drills, technique work, and repetition. Unlike regular classes, there are no event rotations, side stations, or conditioning - just focused training to build confidence and improve faster!

Whether your gymnast wants to perfect cartwheels, back walkovers, bars, beam skills, and more… these clinics are made for them!

⭐ $25 per gymnast
⭐ Ages 5–12
⭐ Wednesdays from 5:00–6:00 PM

SUMMER starts TOMORROW at Excel! ☀️😎 We’re excited to get back in the gym and kick off an amazing summer of flips, skills, strength, and fun!

A few reminders before your gymnast heads in:
💫 Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated - please make sure your gymnast’s name is clearly written on it. Water bottles left behind without names may be thrown away.
💫 Wear comfortable gymnastics attire and have hair pulled back
💫 Please remove jewelry before class
💫 Arrive a few minutes early for check-in
💫 Most importantly — come ready to learn, work hard, and have fun!

We can’t wait to see everyone in the gym tomorrow. Let’s start the summer strong!
