Another strong weekend for our girls at the PGF Super Select Fall Championship as we battled our way to the semifinals before falling to an outstanding Indiana Magic Gold team.

There were some moments this weekend that tested our focus and reminded us that not every team handles competition with the same level of sportsmanship. But our girls competed, they fought, and we’ll all learn from this experience. We talk all the time about controlling what we can control, and sometimes those lessons come at the toughest moments.

No excuses, just another opportunity to grow. We're grateful for the chance to compete against some of the best teams around, and we're excited to get back after it next weekend. This group is resilient, and I know they'll be ready.

🥈 USSSA Labor Day Classic Runner-Up 🥈

What a weekend for the Lady Sluggers.
After two of the most exciting games we've played all season against 2 incredible programs- Base Knox Premier and the Beverly Bandits—both requiring extra innings—we came up just short in the championship game against an incredibly talented and well-coached Beverly Bandits team.

I'm incredibly proud of the fight, toughness, and resilience our girls showed all weekend long. They competed until the very last out and represented our program the right way.

Congratulations to the Beverly Bandits on a hard-fought championship.

No time to dwell on it—we're right back to work next weekend as we head to Indianapolis for the PGF Super Select Fall Championship. ✌️
