It’s Spirit Week 🤗
Our theme this week is wear “Yellow” for childhood cancer awareness. Dancers are asked to wear something yellow if possible (clothes, bow, anything).

[09/11/20]   I feel like this needs addressed due to the French film “Cuties” on Netflix. That is 100% not what us dance teachers promote. At Germantown Dance we protect children, and value their innocence. We strive to keep kids looking like kids. Music, Costumes & Choreography is approved for family audiences. In a time where the arts are suffering anyway because of Covid, I don’t want to see them further suffer because of ignorance of corporations that should know better.

First official day of the new season. It was honestly top 2 when it comes to first days. I can’t thank my amazing staff and my amazing dancers enough. I’m so excited & if tonight is any indication of our season, it’s going to be epic 💜💖. Just a few pictures from some of our classes. Today was mostly private lessons and duets/trios

We still have just a few spaces in our Tuesday Ballet class under the instruction of the amazingly talented Miss Vanessa Wolf. At Germantown Dance, your child will love taking classes from a real life ballerina. Miss Vanessa is a professional ballerina with the Dayton Ballet as well as a dancer with Dayton Dance Initiative. This is Miss Vanessa’s second season with Germantown Dance & we are so blessed to have her and be able to share her talents with you. Ages 9-19 💜

Tuesday, September 8th is coming up fast. We can’t wait for our first class of the season.

Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, Lyrical, Broadway, Ballet, Pointe & Pre Pointe.

Classes start September 8th, but register now to ensure a spot. With the pandemic and guidelines, class sizes are limited.

[07/18/20]   Competition team auditions....
This year we will be taking video applications from anyone wanting to join our competition team. Video should consist of “why they want to be on the team” and “a clip of them dancing”. Videos can also include a anything else such as a trick or technical skill that would be valuable to the team. All submissions need to be sent by August 7th.
