We are looking for girls who are willing to push themselves mentally and physically. Success doesn't come easy, therefore they will be challenged on every level by coaches who have been there before.

We demand skill-development, skill-instruction, mentoring, preparation for "Next Level" whether it is Freshman, JV, Varsity or College level.

We are not that typical softball team............Practice a few times a week...........Practice and work on team play, meanwhile forgetting about the individual development of each and every athlete. The strengths of each player will be evident but focus on weaknesses is our goal, so that they can be fixed and turned into strengths. Coaches are the person that has to constantly be the bad guy. However, it is in the player’s best interest for the Coach to be the bad guy. The easy way is to tell every player and every parent what they want to hear however, it is not in the best interest of the player. Think about it, if you aren’t with a “bad guy” maybe you should be.

We are transforming our lady athletes each day. We are growing each day. The word is spreading quickly about our hard-nosed; get dirty, aggressive style of play, well rounded, quality program. Notice I said program.

The Arizona Scorpions Organization, Fastpitch Softball is established out of the need to provide dedicated players with an opportunity to develop their skills and play competitive softball. Our intent is to further the athletic and personal development of young girl athletes. Our mission is to help players successfully secure scholarships to Colleges and Universities throughout the United States through dedicated hard work and development. And we are so much more than a girl’s Fastpitch club team. Our ladies maintain grades to play, do charity work, Team bonding, just plain ol’ growing together and building friendships.
