Gold: 8-8:30 circuits with Coach Erin in the yoga room. 🧘

Seniors and Pre Seniors: 7-7:45 in the foundry 💪🏼

Come dressed for dry land 👟 and don’t forget your water to keep hydrated! 💦

Practice times are:

Seniors and Pre-Seniors: 4-6 M-F PM and Saturday 730-930 am, Mornings M and W 5-7 am. Mornings will begin the 9th of January.

Gold: 530-7 M-F PM and Saturday 8-930 am

Silver: 6-7 PM T/Th/F

Bronze: 6-7 PM T/Th/F
