Well… this one was a bitch to write. 😂🤎
But here we are.
I’m going all in on this next season of motherhood.
My son needs me. My family needs me.
And honestly, I need me, too.
I want to give my son the support he deserves and be the mom who is actually there for it all.
not the mom who is constantly distracted, stressed, exhausted, and trying to squeeze one more thing in.
I want to be a present mom, a healthy mom, a good wife, friend, daughter… and a person who actually has some gas left in the tank.
And most of all, I deserve that version of me, too.
I think that’s the most Mothered thing I could do right now.
So… if nothing else, I hope this reminds you that you’re allowed to choose what you need too.
Even when it’s hard. Even when it’s inconvenient. Even when it might disappoint people. Even when it wasn’t the plan.
I love y’all. I hope you know how special this little community is to me.
Thank you for being here, for letting me be human, and for trusting me with something I care so deeply about.
