2019 was a full year for me personally and for my studio! A few highlights from the studio include a studio recital at Glen Terra Senior Living, a student receiving honors for her performance in an MTAC festival (Congrats, Elenia!), a Christmas recital with Project Arpeggiate at Atria Senior Living, and a house recital in my parents' lovely home. I am so thankful for the students I get to work with and for their families and am excited for what 2020 holds!
Yesterday's prompt was "patterns." Here are a couple of siblings improvising together with patterns :)
I decided to try having my students improvise on Inktober prompts. Wednesday's prompt was "swing." I am accompanying the student as he creates a melody imitating the motion of a swing. Enjoy!
