Elitelevelpt.com is a program designed to help in developing and enhancing sport specific performance. Heading up the program is Chris O’Donnell, Physical Therapist .

Trainer and Director of Marketing and Operations is George Archuleta. This highly trained team has been involved with soccer for many years. They are also currently on the coaching Pro Staff for the CCV STARS Soccer Club. We are excited to tell you about the two Athletes of the Week that we have this week. Meet Myriam our 2nd Athlete of the week.

Hi, my name is Myriam, I play for the RSL 08s. I have been playing soccer for 2 years, and I am going into my 3rd season of soccer. This August I will enter 8th grade at GreatHearts.

I signed up for the PASS program to help work on my explosiveness, my fitness, and my ability to run longer distances with ease prior to my next soccer season.

Elitelevelpt.com has helped me to improve in the areas listed above as well as my confidence.

This is my second summer participating in the PASS program. Last year I did this program in July and when I was training with my soccer team the temp was 100 degree or more, however, I was able to run the whole hour and 30 minutes.

As my fitness improved, I noticed that I needed less water and less recovery time during these intense practices.

Being able to run for a whole soccer game helped me to have a superb start to my season last year. I also think my injury free season was due to having a good preseason at PASS and also I got stronger. PASS taught me how to strength train and about a proper diet.

Being with older kids for the first time last year was sort of intimidating, I was barely able to do my weight lifting, and near the middle of PASS, things got easier -- both with lifting weights and with running every day. I’m not sure waking up got much easier, but its worth it.

I have also been seeing similar improvements this July, so thank you Elitelevelpt.com for helping me get through the PASS program and pushing me to be the best version of myself that I can be, and showing me that I can do anything I set my mind to!

We are excited to tell you about the two Athletes of the Week that we have this week. First meet Adrian our 1st Athlete of the week.

My name is Adrian, and I’m 13 years old. I’ve been playing soccer for about five years, and I play striker and CCV STARS. I came to P.A.S.S because I heard it was a great program to grow and become stronger mentally and physically. The coaches and the players have helped me grow so much and push me to things I never thought I could do. P.A.S.S. has helped improve me and the way I play soccer and has made me a better person overall. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that is about taking their game to the next level. I can’t wait to kick off my season, because I’m ready to go!

Meet Ryan our second Athlete of the Week:

My name is Ryan Schreiber. I sought out this program because my brother and I wanted to stay in shape and build muscle and stamina for the soccer season. This is now my sixth year with the program. As of this fall I will turn 16 years old. I am a sophomore at Barry Goldwater high school. I have played soccer for around 13 years. Freshman year I played varsity soccer and lettered. I have played at RSL Arizona for four years now. I was never super physical when I played. This program has helped a ton when it comes to that.

This program includes everything from lifting weights to running/agility. This has helped me improve not only my strength physically and mentally but it also helped improve my confidence. Last season I played at the 2003 age level. Being a 2005, that's a big jump. But the P.A.S.S. The program helped me to prepare for this in every way possible. Meet Ava S. our Athlete of the Week!

My name is Ava and I love Soccer. I started playing at three years old. My favorite part is when you go for a tackle but a lot of times I got shoved off the ball, that is one reason I came to the program. Another reason I came to the program is because my brother was going to do it so I thought why not put in extra work with him over the summer.

Even though I started at a young age I have loved it for as long as I can remember. My other favorite part of soccer is my family supporting me. Even when they are not physically there they are always with me and that helps to lift me up even when I struggle. Our second athlete of the week is Connor Mattingly.

My name is Connor Mattingly I am 15 years old, as of this fall I will be a Sophomore at Sandra Day O’Connor High School. I have been playing soccer for 12 years now, and more recently I have been trying different ways to improve myself both mentally and physically. That’s when I discovered the P.A.S.S. Program.

P.A.S.S. is a great way to make sure you start the season a step ahead of your competition, because while your opponents are at home sleeping, you’re in the gym working. But the P.A.S.S. Program isn’t just about lifting weights, it involves various exercises designed to push you, and the more challenging the workout is, the more fulfilling it feels to complete it. On top of everything P.A.S.S. has a wonderful set of staff that are there to see you succeed and grow over the summer. Thank you P.A.S.S. for helping me take my game to the next level.

This week we have two athletes of the week. Our first one is Sara.

My name is Sara. I am 14 years old and I have been playing soccer for about 9 years. I play striker for the 07 girls team at CCV. I came to P.A.S.S because one of my friends on my soccer team talked really highly of it and it sounded like a program that could be really beneficial to improving my game. The coaches are so helpful and encouraging and have helped me push myself when I thought I couldn’t. Everyone there is always so encouraging and always pushing each other to become better. Meet our Athlete of the Week, Sebastian PIppins.

My name is Sebastian Pippins. I am 18 years old and as of this fall will be attending Arizona Christian University on a soccer scholarship to pursue a career as a Child Therapist. I have been playing soccer for about 10 years now (primarily playing in defensive positions) and it has been a dream of mine to play soccer at the college level; I am proud to say that dream has became reality with the help and support of my club coach, George Archuleta, as well as from the love and support of my family who always pushed me to become the man I am today.

I was recently introduced to the P.A.S.S. Program by coach George and can say without a doubt it is something I wish I learned about sooner. The Director, Chris O’Donnell, has created an energetic work area with an equally as energetic staff to help everyone grow and develop to reach their max potential. Going into I wasn’t sure how it would go, but now I can safely say that it is an experience I encourage anyone to participate in if given the chance! Thank you Elitelevelpt.com!

Meet Aiden, our Athlete of the Week. 

Hi, My name is Aidan Hopper. I have been playing club soccer for 4 years. I am a center defensive player. Currently I am playing for Phoenix Rising North Valley 07 Mayernick.

I decided to join P.A.S.S. for several reasons. First I wanted to work on my strength so that I can stand up in the middle of the defense and hold my ground. I also wanted to improve my endurance, I want to be able to be just as strong in the final minutes as I am at the beginning of the game. Lastly, I joined P.A.S.S. to improve my running form and speed. The coaching staff is encouraging and positive. I would highly recommend this program to all the athletes out there that are trying to take game to the next level. Thank you P.A.S.S Program!

Happy 4th of July and Update

The Fourth of July has been a public holiday in the US since 1941, but Independence Day commemorations actually go back to the 18th century during the American Revolution.

From 1776 to present day, July 4th has been celebrated as the beginning of American independence. Take some time this weekend to pay tribute to such a day and enjoy the time to bond with your family and friends as we truly are blessed with our freedom.

Meet our Athletes of the Weeks!

Hi! My name is Camille Cwynar, I'm 18 and I just graduated from Mountain Ridge High school! Next year I will be starting at GCU to get my degree in biology and become a PA! I started as a gymnast when I was about two and eventually transitioned to just the tumbling aspect of it. In 8th grade I found a passion for cheer and then became a four-year varsity athlete on the competition cheer team at ridge!

I decided to join the P.A.S.S. Camp this summer because my brother had participated in it during previous summers and really recommended that I try it out. Him and I are workout partners this summer and have some healthy competition that pushes us both to be better. During this summer program I want to build strength and muscle while learning how to do that with correct form and efficiency in a gym setting. The P.A.S.S. Summer Camp provides the instruction so someone like me who’s never lifted heavy weights in a gym is able to get stronger and accomplish their goals. It also gives a sense of accountability that you have to show up every day and give it your all! The P.A.S.S. Summer Camp has helped me to push past mental boundaries and know that I am stronger than my mind tells me I am! I am very thankful my brother asked me to join him this year. I’m also grateful for the P.A.S.S. Coaches and all their knowledge and support!

Meet Conner Stegen, our Athelete of the Week. I’m 17 and I play hockey for Mission AZ. I have played hockey for about 12 years now and I have played at mission for 11 years. I came to find the P.A.S.S. Camp through a teammate. I signed up because I knew I needed to get stronger. I have always been a speed guy in hockey and moving up to U18 I knew that I need to improve my upper body strength and this camp does that. I am an only child and I have two pets and I have lived in Arizona for my whole life. I am very honored to receive the athlete of the week award and I’m looking forward to continuing to work at this camp all summer so I can take my game to next level. We love to see our athletes succeed. Here is a testimony from one of our ElitelevelPT Athletes: Robin has a passion for the game of softball and physically she is smaller than her Under 12 teammates, so naturally she wasn’t as strong when she started. She decided to devote two days a week with ElitelevelPT and George has been working consistently with our daughter on speed, agility and strength training. Robin has started to reap the rewards of her hard work and dedication. Her total body strength and power have increased significantly, she has improved her bat speed, reaction time, base running, and lateral quickness to get to hard hit balls. She’s hitting triples and homerun’s, getting to balls she previously couldn’t get to and her confidence is ever-growing. George is a positive role model who is passionate and knowledgeable about multiple sports and great with Robin. He personalizes Robin’s sessions to ensure she is getting the best efficiency in training. In addition, he has taught her the importance of nutrition, recovery and attitude. ElitelevelPT Home of the P.A.S.S. Program is a great company and we highly recommend George and Chris to anyone that is looking to take their game up to the next level. They are professional and truly care about their athletes!
