My boys gave me a beautiful digital photo frame for my birthday. The best part? They preloaded the photos!

I love seeing old, and new photos! So many are centered around food and it is hitting me different since I have been working on a way to help out neighbors in need.

While going down memory lane with these photos - it reminds me that a meal is about so much more than food.

It’s connection.
It’s comfort.
It’s community.
It’s security.

And it also reminds me that not every family has the same opportunities.

That’s why I’ve been working on something that’s very close to my heart.

My heart is so full after such a wonderful weekend celebrating mine and Mike’s 60th birthdays! ❤️

My sister Sandy and her family, along with my aunt and uncle, all came to town and we packed the weekend with great food, nonstop laughs, and so many special memories.

One of the sweetest parts? Sandy went completely above and beyond to find a local bakery that is entirely nut free so I could finally enjoy birthday cake and desserts without worry. With my allergy, I usually just pass on those things, so that meant more to me than she probably realizes. 🥹
