We have to cancel Youth & kids Jiujitsu class today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday) because I am competing Friday 9/4 at IBJJF Master's World's in Vegas at 9:44 am and I have not been able to find someone to teach. We will be back to normal on Monday - Sorry for any inconvenience ~ Thomas

Great matches and results this weekend and 's Sylvan Lake tournament! The boys stepped up and everyone brought home some hardware. Hard work pays off when it counts.

So proud of these young men for stepping up and overcoming difficult opponents - doing hard things like competiting brings out the best in us and you guys showed how it's done!
