✨🎙️✨ I didn’t launch Glitter The World because everything was perfect.
I launched it because I was tired of pretending leadership is just strategy.
It’s not.
It’s energy.
It’s emotional regulation.
It’s who you are when no one is clapping.
The truth?
There were seasons where I had to confront my own ego.
My own blind spots.
My own discomfort with being seen.
Scaling a business is easy to talk about.
Scaling your consciousness?
That’s where it gets uncomfortable.
We’re living in a time where division is loud, attention is short, and performance is rewarded more than presence.
So here’s the uncomfortable question:
Are we actually leading — or are we just executing?
Because conscious leadership isn’t branding.
It’s accountability.
It’s healing your triggers before you project them.
It’s taking responsibility for the energy you bring into every room.
Glitter The World wasn’t built to sound positive.
It was built because I believe growth is intentional — and sometimes painful.
And yes, that means questioning ourselves.
So I’ll open this up:
Is “conscious leadership” real — or is it just another buzzword we use to feel evolved?
