What an incredible day for Demons Track and Field! The competition was strong, and our athletes rose to the challenge with determination and heart. We saw a huge number of personal bests across events, showing just how hard this team has been working.
Even more exciting, several athletes delivered true championship-level performances, stepping up when it mattered most and setting the tone for the rest of the season. Proud of every single competitor who gave it their all out there. The future is looking fast, and strong! 🔱

GHS Track & Field Shines in 5A Debut!
In their first season competing in the 5A division, GHS Track & Field exceeded expectations with an outstanding performance. The girls’ squad raced to a 2nd-place finish, while the boys fought hard to earn 3rd. Over two days of high-level competition, athletes delivered numerous personal bests, scored in multiple events, brought home League Championship Relay titles, individual crowns, and even set a meet record!
The coaching staff was especially proud of the team’s incredible sportsmanship and camaraderie throughout the meet. A huge shoutout and thank-you to all the families, friends, and supporters who showed up in full force—your encouragement made a lasting impact!
With such a strong showing, the team will be recognized with a wave of All-Conference, Second Team, and Honorable Mention accolades. Go GHS! 🔱
