We had to take advantage of the beautiful scenery and the warm sun this morning. We took a run to the now flowing creek by my client's house and then did a dynamic warm up. It's always good to get out and feel the sunshine! So proud of all the improvement she has made in a little over a month with just weekend sessions. 💪🏽
