ATTENTION LADY SPARTANS FAMILIES!

This is your reminder that our MANDATORY Lady Spartans Volleyball Parent Meeting is TODAY at 6:00 PM in the EA Media Center at East Ascension High School.

Important information for the upcoming season will be discussed including expectations, schedules, communication, and everything you need to prepare for an exciting year ahead. Parent attendance is required.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone there as we kick off another season of Lady Spartans Volleyball.

Welcome our newest Assistant Coach Kristy Fried with 29 years of high school coaching experience, Coach Fried has built a distinguished career leading varsity softball, basketball, and volleyball programs with excellence and consistency.

Throughout that time, Coach has guided teams to numerous postseason appearances while developing student-athletes both on and off the field. In addition to coaching accomplishments, Coach also brings 14 years of leadership experience as an Athletic Director, demonstrating a strong commitment to student-athlete development, program success, and educational athletics.

ATTENTION FUTURE LADY SPARTANS VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS

The wait is over. Volleyball Tryouts are almost here and this is YOUR chance to be part of something special. It all starts on May 17th and 18th.

Tryouts will take place from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM in the Back Gym.

If you’ve been thinking about trying out, this is your moment. Bring the hustle, bring the attitude, and come ready to compete. We’re looking for athletes ready to work, grow, and represent the Lady Spartans this season.

IMPORTANT:
All athletes MUST have a current physical in order to participate.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing moms who continue to show up, support, sacrifice, encourage, and love us through every practice, game, tournament, road trip, and long night. Your support never goes unnoticed.

A very special Happy Mother’s Day to our coach who pour into us like family and to every Lady Spartans mom who cheers loud, keeps us motivated and stands beside us every step of the way.

Behind every strong athlete is a strong mother figure pushing them to be great. Thank you for the rides, the prayers, the encouragement, the meals, the photos, the celebrations, and even the tough talks when we needed them most.

Prom night was nothing short of unforgettable for our Lady Spartans. From the elegance of the gowns to the confidence they carried, this was more than just a night out…this was a statement.

These young women showed up representing excellence, beauty, class, and sisterhood. The same discipline and leadership we see on the court showed up in every step, every smile, and every moment captured.

Moments like these remind us it’s bigger than volleyball. It’s about building confidence, creating memories, and celebrating milestones that will last a lifetime.
