My Story
Hi! My name is Megan McQuade. At the age of 35, I have never felt better about my fitness and nutrition. Over the last 10 years, I have been anything BUT perfect... I have had my ups and downs just like you! However, with the support of my family and friends, and the love of an awesome accountability buddy, my fitness and nutrition are the best they have EVER been. Am I perfect now? Nope!
