EFHS Wolves Softball

Hey! If any former EF softball players are interested (or if anyone knows someone who would be interested), our JV softball coaching spots have just opened up! Send me a message if you are interested in helping us out!

Wolves softball will start weights on Tuesday, June 23rd! Weights will be Tuesdays and Thursdays for the remainder of the summer. Our actual time in the weight room is 9:30, but plan on meeting in the gym lobby at 9:00 to go through check-in and warm up.

Returners: I emailed you the waiver that you need in order to participate. You must have the signed waiver and a gallon of water to lift on Tuesday.

Newcomers: if you are an incoming 9th grader or transfer, you first need to make sure you enroll at Foothills for the fall semester. You will also need a physical in addition to the waiver. PM me if you have any specific questions!
