Well done everyone thus far in staying diligent in your workout and meal plans! We are making terrific progress in our weight and body fat loss goals heading into week three of the challenge!! If you have more meal plans to share with the group to keep us all on point please do not hesitate to provide more ideas! See you all at the gym! 😄

As a side not, we are making an adjustment to the class times on Wednesdays for Kickboxing at the gym. There will no longer be a 730am class time on Wednesdays going forward, but we will still have 5am, 545am, 9am, and 430pm classes available for everyone on Wednesday! We hope you join us for one of those and please consider giving kickboxing a try again if you haven't for a while!! It is an excellent workout and is part of our weekly workout plan for a reason!! Have a great Sunday and upcoming week everyone!! 💪

Compete with Pete 2026! 🔥

Here’s how you “beat Pete”

Do your initial weigh in the week of April 6th

Do your final weigh in the week of May 18th (Sat the 23rd at the latest)

We will combine body fat % lost and the percentage of weight lost in relation to your starting weight.

For example, let’s say you start at 200 pounds and 20% body fat. Then at the end of the challenge you weigh 188 pounds and are at 17% body fat. You lost 12 pounds which is 6% of 200, and you lost 3% body fat so combined your number would be 9.

Additional ways to get points.

✅You will get a point for each week you show up to at least 3 classes. There are 7 weeks to this challenge so that’s an additional 7 possible points!

✅If you submit/share a simple/healthy recipe that is a point.

✅If you fill out a goals sheet and send mark a snapshot of it hanging up somewhere you’ll see it daily, that is a point.

If you accomplish your own personal goals for the challenge you get your name up on the wall by the front window.
If you get more points than Pete you get your name up on the back wall as a designated “Compete with Pete Winner!”

Also, For just $50 you can bring a buddy to be your accountability partner for the duration of the challenge!

Recommendations to succeed:

Get rid of the junk (added sugars, grains, gluten, snacks that don’t fill you up)

Reduce portion sizes and fill up on meat, eggs, and veggies, and drink lots of water. Fruit for dessert.

Can’t wait to compete along side you all! We’ll see you at the gym!

Showing up daily for your workout, choosing gluten-free and protein dense meals, avoiding added sugars, and committing to movement is how real change happens. You don't need perfection — you need consistency.
Every workout completed, every smart choice made, is a step closer to feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident. Stay focused, trust the process, and keep stacking wins. The long term results are always worth short term struggles! 💪 See you this week!
