My mind is set on Long Term Crazy.
You Have To Be Crazy To Succeed In Life, Business And Love!
We all question ourselves if we are crazy or are told from somebody.
Truth is we are all to a point.
It's a strength.
If you know how to focus your energy of ‘crazy’ at right times.
Crazy people are keyed into their sixth sense, the inner voice, the gut, the heart, the instinct. We all have it, but most of us don't trust it.
Crazy people trust their gut and don't intellectualize themselves out of it.
l own up that I am crazy in my own ways.
Crazy to own up how I express myself and live how I imagine.
It's a mindset.
Chances are you already have had quite crazy times in life already!
Think bout it.
Life is better when you have adrenaline rushes.
You are in control.
Be crazy enough to face your future with confidence when everyone else is cowering because of fear.
It is relentless power!

The high of the new year will start to fade and you gotta rely on your discipline and determination to keep going.
Don't give up. I believe in you!!
Stay strong.
The devil is never ever going to be strong enough to steal the blessing God installed in you when you were born!
But he is strong enough to BLIND you from where God wants you to go!

Let's end this year with a thankful heart and start the new year with peace and faith. Let us release the bitterness and frustrations of the past year.
Whether this past year brought you success, fulfillment, and joy or you faced grief, setbacks, and struggle, you can look ahead to the new year with hope.
Let's pray that the new year will be focused on healing ourselves through repentance and renewing our minds. We were not meant to do life alone! We can bring the light of hope into our own hearts, home, and world.

If you are unavoidably alone this Christmas, then treat yourself as you would your best friend. Even if you are on a budget, buy yourself something special to eat and drink. See this as your day that you can spend anyway you like. Sleep in, eat what and when you like, do what you like. See this as a new beginning where you start to create a new life which includes others.
Even if you are not lonely! If you are lonely then reaching out can seem daunting but did you know you can practice? A simple, short conversation with a stranger can go a long way if you opt for something personal rather than just the weather. Just say what you feel you could comment on something they are wearing or something that is going on around you. Tell them what you see has made your day in some way or the way you feel about something you’re both witnessing. This is something we can and could all be doing to foster a feeling of community and connection with others. If you are coming from a place of loneliness, then this helps you take small steps towards the bigger goal of forging friendships. There are many people who would adore being your friend.
Above all, if you are not lonely, please keep an eye out for people in your community who may be. Those few words can make all the difference as can keeping a watchful eye out during the colder weather.
If you are alone at Christmas understand it is just one day and it is a day founded on a belief around love for all. That includes you. One day however does not define who you are or how the rest of your life will be. See this as a celebration of all that you are, and all the people you still have yet to meet and connect to. Your people are waiting for you, and my Christmas wish for you is that this day is the first step towards you finding them.

Loneliness adds beauty to life.
You won’t feel lonely forever, Tough times never last, but TOUGH people do! Waves are the way of life we’ve all got to learn how to surf them.
If you can’t tell by now I love analogies. 😄
2022 closing in and it was a bitch for a majority of us and for others it was glorifying time for improvement.
For me life is not about being rich, being popular, being highly educated or being perfect. It’s about being real, being humble and kind.
It’s still going to hit you hard at times, but before you react breathe settle your sole and slow everything down, Then speak with wisdom.
Proverbs 14:10 says ‘The heart knows it’s own bitterness, and no outsider can share in its joy.”
So seek tomorrow with the power of kindness and share that special moment with someone you cross paths with 🖤😁

Struggling everyday, still can’t let the devil in.
Goal setting and relaxation techniques reduce stress and ease the physical and emotional burden

such as planning a party-can result in the same physical and emotional burden on health, especially when you're an older adult.
"As we age, our immune systems are less efficient, and adding stress to that can lead to disease progression or the onset of disease," says Dr. Ann Webster, a health psychologist at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Harvard-affiliated
Massachusetts General Hospital.
Cognitive behavioral therapy also known as (CBT).
CBT is based on the idea that changing unhealthy thinking can change your emotions.
A CBT therapist will help you identify negative thinking and learn to automatically replace it with healthy or positive thoughts.

Having a supportive friend or friend group will build you or break you down.
Good friends are good for your health. Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too. Friends can also:
* Increase your sense of belonging and purpose
* Boost your happiness and reduce your stress
* Improve your self-confidence and self-worth
* Help you cope with traumas, such as divorce, serious illness, job loss or the death of a loved one
* Encourage you to change or avoid unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as excessive drinking or lack of exercise

Friends also play a significant role in promoting your overall health.
Adults with strong social connections have a reduced risk of many significant health problems, including depression, high blood pressure and an unhealthy body mass index (BMI). In fact, studies have found that older adults who have meaningful relationships and social support are likely to live longer than their peers with fewer connections.
My favorite part of meeting new people is sharing your own culture’s music, food and customs with another person is an incredibly rewarding experience. You start to see your culture from a different perspective while also learning about where someone else comes from. Learning how to appreciate and savor these differences (sometimes literally) will make you a more cultured, open-minded and international person.
