Looking to sharpen your skills this spring? Cornerstone University is opening up their Freestyle & Greco training sessions to ALL wrestlers affiliated with a 2026 GRAWL / West Michigan Wrestling Club member club.

This is a great opportunity to stay on the mat, improve technique, and compete at the next level heading into freestyle season.

📍 Location: Cornerstone University – Steven J. Cochlan Wrestling & Training Center
📅 Dates: March 30th – May 31st

💥 PRACTICE SCHEDULE
• Advanced (6th–12th & Open): Mon & Wed | 7:00–8:30 PM
• Youth (K–5th): Tues & Thurs | 7:00–8:30 PM

💲 Cost:
• $120 per wrestler
• $20 drop-in option available
