We’re ready to run and cheer this Sunday!

Two of our MVP Crahen team members will be pacing the She Runs Half Marathon! Look for Aaron Velting leading the 8:00/mile pace group and Lindsey DesArmo leading the 9:30/mile pace group.

And keep an eye out for the MVP team at mile 6! We’ll be at the aid station and cheering on runners as they make their way through the half marathon.

Good luck to Aaron and Lindsey, and everyone taking on the course. We’ll see you out there!

Don't miss a weekend of competitive play and great community hosted at MVP Crahen. Players ages 18 and up can compete in Men's, Women's, or Mixed Doubles divisions across multiple skill levels.

After such a great Outdoor Barre + Flow class this week, we couldn’t wait to do it again. Join us Saturday, August 15 at 9:00AM at MVP Crahen for another session!

Begin with 30 minutes of barre using controlled, low-impact movements to strengthen and challenge your core. Then transition into a 30-minute yoga flow to restore both body and mind. This free class will fill fast, register today!

Weather had other plans, so we brought the miles inside. Special thanks to Gazelle Sports for joining us for shoe demos at this month’s Third Thursday Run Club. We mixed a turf workout with a treadmill circuit for an indoor session that kept the energy high from start to finish.
